Ignace joined Straco in 2021. He started his career at EY Brussels where he became chartered auditor and was responsible for advising listed corporate clients on IFRS technical matters. Prior to joining Straco, he was overseeing the European finance activities of a US listed over the counter consumer products company. Ignace holds a Master’s degree in Commercial Sciences and an Executive MBA from HEC Paris.

Nicolas De Quinnemar is Director of Straco and Managing Director of the CMA-Medina group. He started his career at Allen & Overy where he advised clients in M&A, financial markets and corporate transactions. Nicolas holds a double degree in Law and Notary from the Catholic University of Leuven and an MBA from Vlerick Business School.

Anoek joined Straco as a Management Assistant in 2024. Her previous position as Property Manager at Gerantis involved overseeing the management of multiple residential buildings, which provided her with a strong foundation in both financial and technical aspects.

Carl-Philip leads the real estate activities at Straco, both from a development and investment perspective. He is responsible for the development and day-to-day activities of the real estate investment portfolio, as well as the management of the real estate development portfolio companies. In that capacity, Carl-Philip is also CEO of Odebrecht NV, Straco's real estate development company. He started his career as a lawyer, where he advised clients in M&A and real estate transactions. After leaving the Brussels’ bar association, Carl-Philip joined a Belgian real estate developer as legal counsel and was promoted later on to CO-CEO. Carl-Philip holds a Masters’ degree in Law from the KUL and a Masters’ degree in General Management from Vlerick Business School.

Louis joined Straco as an Investment Analyst in 2023. Prior to joining Straco, he worked at Tikehau Capital and Lazard. Louis holds a Master degree in finance from KU Leuven with an additional Master degree in Innovation and Entrepreneurship from Vlerick Business School.

Vicky joined Straco in 2022 as Group Finance Controller. Vicky started her career at EY Antwerp external audit and became chartered auditor. Prior to joining Straco, she worked for a US listed over the counter consumer products company in a financial reporting and controlling function. Vicky holds a Master’s degree in Applied Economics from the University of Antwerp.

Nicolas joined Straco as an Investment Manager in January 2024. Before joining Straco, he worked in the private equity team of the Boston Consulting Group in Amsterdam, focusing on commercial due diligence. Prior to that, he was a senior consultant in the PwC trategy & Operations team. Nicolas obtained a Master in Civil Engineering and a Master in Management, both at the KU Leuven.

Kathleen manages all aspects of the properties in the portfolio of Odebrecht. She coordinates all administrative support to the accounts and is the first point of contact for all technical interventions. Kathleen has a graduate degree in Business Economics and Management. Before joining Straco, Kathleen worked in HR for several years.

Lode joined Straco as an Investment Analyst in 2023. Prior to joining Straco, he was active as a Senior Consultant in the Transaction Services department of Eight Advisory Benelux, focusing on financial due diligence. Lode holds an undergraduate degree in Finance from Dominican University New York with an additional Master degree in Financial Management from Vlerick Business School.

Maarten leads the private equity activity at Straco. He is responsible for the development and the day to day activities of the private equity portfolio as well as the management of the investment team. Before joining Straco to launch the private equity strategy Maarten was Manager at Accenture where he advised oil & gas majors and financial institutions on corporate strategy. He started his career at Ernst & Young in the audit and transaction advisory team. Maarten holds a Masters’ degree in Business Economics from the VUB in Brussels and a Masters’ degree in Financial Management from the Vlerick Business School.

Zazou decided to travel and work for a few years before making her entrance in Property Management. She gained her experience at Syncura. During her time there she was responsible for managing numerous office buildings, retail parks and SME parks. This gave her the ideal experience to reinforce our Property Management Team, where she now takes the lead in the real estate investment portfolio for everything that is day to day maintenance and interventions.

Erik Van Den Eynden is CEO of Straco as from March 1st, 2021. Prior to joining Straco Erik experienced a long-standing career of 30 years at BBL and ING. The last 3,5 years he stood at the helm as CEO of ING Belgium. He holds a Master’s Degree in applied Economic Sciences from the University of Antwerp.

Emile joined Straco in 2021 and is based in Straco’s office in Amsterdam. Emile primarily focuses on private equity investments in the Netherlands. Before joining Straco, he worked at the Investment Banking Divisions of Nomura and Rabobank. Emile holds a Masters’ degree in Quantitative Finance and Actuarial Science from Tilburg University. During his studies, he went on exchange to join the International MBA programme at the University of South Carolina.
